White Friday (the Gulf version of Black Friday) typically runs the last week of November. For UAE ecommerce, it's the single largest revenue day of the year. Stores that don't prepare lose money in two ways: lost sales when the site crashes, and wasted ad spend on broken funnels.
Here's an 8-week prep plan we run with UAE ecommerce clients.
