What was needed

BoxPrint showed its work mainly on Instagram, and customers reached it on WhatsApp. Because every job is priced by size, material, quantity and finish, the company needed an Arabic and English website that shows its full range and gathers the order details before the conversation starts, with no online payment.

What we built

We built an Arabic-first site with a full English version: a catalogue of 42 products across seven sectors, plus services, portfolio and blog pages. Visitors add products to a quote cart with their specifications; the request is saved with a reference number, then a ready-to-send WhatsApp message opens. The team manages content and requests from a private dashboard, and an Arabic and English AI assistant answers visitors from BoxPrint’s own information.

What’s in it

  • Arabic by default, with a full English version linked to it for search engines.

  • A catalogue of 42 products in seven sectors, including restaurants, bakeries, perfume, abayas and corporate, with filters and sorting.

  • A quote cart that saves each request with a reference number, then opens a ready WhatsApp message; the customer picks a reply by WhatsApp, phone or email.

  • A consent-based AI assistant that answers from BoxPrint’s own information and suggests products that enter the cart only if the visitor adds them.

  • A dashboard for products, categories, services, portfolio, articles, FAQ and media, and for following up requests and chats.

  • Per-page SEO settings, permanent redirects and structured data for search engines.
