How we build it
A structured path from your stakeholders and access rules to a portal and dashboard your team trusts.
We define who needs to see and do what — clients, admins, teams — and the exact metrics, documents, and access rules that matter.
We design the portal, dashboards, and charts in your branding — bilingual and mobile-first — and you approve them.
We build the views, live data pipelines, RBAC, and file management with encrypted, role-based access, tested end to end.
We go live, hand over the code and accounts, and help you bring your first users and clients on board.

Our work
Real web applications we’ve designed, built, and launched for clients.
Interactive education platformWe built an Arabic platform that starts with the student: an interests scale and an entrepreneurial-traits scale with instant results, then 244 careers from the official Mihnati guides that can be searched and compared. The My Subjects tool shows which of the nine study tracks and which university programmes stay open with each subject a student picks, and My Journey gathers the results on one printable sheet. No account is needed; answers stay on the student’s device.
Interactive tourism map and study-track guideWe moved the section to its own site on its own address, served from the same codebase as Kun Waeian so the places, photos and videos stay in one source. The home page opens with a full-width map of 187 sites in 11 governorates, with filters, search and a detail card for each place. Below the map the track is laid out unit by unit, each with its book and specification, alongside the awareness video, the leaflet and the official form.
School learning platformStudents take each lesson as short cards, one idea per screen with a question to fix it, then review terms with spaced repetition and practise from the question bank towards a completion certificate. The teacher gets a dashboard for students and login cards, attendance, activities, quizzes, course files and reports, with a gradebook that matches the official form and exports to Excel. Accounts run on our server with teacher and student roles, and the browser never talks to the database directly.
We built an app that pulls titles, posters, cast and trailers from TMDB in Arabic, falling back to English when an Arabic synopsis is missing, and arranges them into rows: trending, top 10 today, top rated and genres. It keeps each visitor’s watchlist, ratings, continue-watching position and For You picks. Playback is limited to official trailers on YouTube; the app never pulls streams from other sites. We built it in a week, and it isn’t public.
FAQ
What they are, what they cost, data sources, permissions, and branding.
A portal is a secure space where your clients or customers log in to self-serve — track projects, view invoices, download files. A dashboard is an internal control panel where your team reads live KPIs and manages operations. We often build both, tied together with role-based access.
Both are quoted by scope after a free consultation — the number of user roles, data sources, and features (messaging, payments, file management, charts) drives the price. You'll get a fixed written quote before any build starts.
From your real sources — your database, CRM, payment gateway, spreadsheets, or any API. We wire them into one live pipeline so the dashboard shows your true, real-time operating picture instead of manual exports.
Yes. Granular role-based access control (RBAC) gives clients, admins, finance, and operations each their own view and permissions, so everyone sees exactly what's relevant to them and nothing they shouldn't.
Yes to both. The portal is fully white-label — your logo, colors, and domain throughout — and includes file upload, versioning, and document management in a searchable, permissioned library.
