IT 12Learning Platform and Teacher Dashboard
We built a platform for Grade 12 Information Technology on Oman’s curriculum, where students learn and their teacher runs attendance, grades and activities.

The platform sits behind a login for students and their teacher, so only the sign-in page is shown.
What was needed
The first term covers three units, with 267 terms and a 654-question bank. Alongside teaching, the teacher records attendance for her sections and fills the official grade-tracking form, whose weights are fixed. The platform also had to work on shared school devices, for students who sign in without an email address.
What we built
Students take each lesson as short cards, one idea per screen with a question to fix it, then review terms with spaced repetition and practise from the question bank towards a completion certificate. The teacher gets a dashboard for students and login cards, attendance, activities, quizzes, course files and reports, with a gradebook that matches the official form and exports to Excel. Accounts run on our server with teacher and student roles, and the browser never talks to the database directly.
What’s in it
Lessons as short cards: one idea per screen with a question to fix it, and Next stays locked until the student responds.
Spaced-repetition review of 267 terms: a term comes back after 1 day, then 3, 7, 16 and 35 days.
A 654-question bank sorted by lesson, quizzes, and a notebook of the questions a student got wrong.
Printable login cards for each student, a 3-digit number and a 6-character code, instead of email.
Attendance with four statuses and its history, activities per section, timed quizzes, and a preview-as-student mode that saves nothing.
A gradebook computed from platform activity that matches the official tracking form per section, with Excel export and print.
